If is no defence to a charge of using a false document when knowing it to be false, for the purposes of estabilshing a 'registerable fact', even if the false document correctly shows the bearer's name.
It was argued by a man who produced a forged Czech driving licence showing his real name, that he had committed no offence when using it as an identity card.
