Miles and Partners is a firm of solicitors based in London that specialises in family, housing and mental health law. The firm prides itself in offering a friendly and professional service to its clients, whatever their problem. As part of its strategy to offer its clients a holistic service, Miles & Partners wanted to create a new brand identity that would illustrate its personal, but very effective, way of working. After a short decision making process, it selected Jellyfish Legal to create a new brand identity that would be rolled out across all of its internal and external communications literature.

The project also includes the design and development of a new brand look for AFA and a re-fresh of their existing logo type. Jellyfish has particular experience working on multi-language websites having delivered both the summer and winter Olympic games websites in French, German, Spanish and Italian for VISA merchant Services. “We chose Jellyfish Legal to supply our firm’s new brand identity and website as we were impressed by their knowledge of the legal market and their professionalism and understanding in what we do. Jellyfish is delighted to have been chosen by Top London law firm, Manches, as the agency to re-design and re-develop the firm’s website. Manches, which has offices in London, Oxford and Reading, is well known for its family department and has represented a number of high profile celebrities in divorce cases. The website will include a number of exciting new features including RSS feeds, full content management and an instant enquiry window. These functions are designed to allow the firm to monitor and strengten enquiries received online. "Brochureware websites are a thing of the past, firms need solutions that give real added value to their clients and this is what we are about. It’s a great opportunity to work with one of the top UK law firms…certainly as far as family law goes. They have a great attitude towards the web and understand the importance of online market adoption…the way that new and existing customers interact and identify with a brand” Ian Hunter Managing Director. The site is expected to launch in Autumn 09.
